Mini trucks and pickups are quoted individually. Parcel distance bands and parcel waiting charges do not apply. Share your route, items, preferred vehicle and any loading or packing help required. We confirm local availability and the total, including any waiting, tolls, parking or other charges, before you commit.

The pilot shopping limit is ₹5,000 per order. Larger orders need manual approval. A lower limit may apply to new customers or unusual orders.
Extra shops & waiting
Each additional pickup / shop is +₹25. Extra route distance can also change the delivery fee. Confirm the full route first.
The first 10 minutes are free, then ₹10 per additional 5 minutes. Waiting charges may be waived for delays caused by Bringyt or an established partner merchant.
Late-night trips, heavy items, difficult access, very large orders and long-distance village deliveries may require a custom quote. No automatic surge pricing during the pilot.
Payment & cancellations
Pickup & drop
Pickup & drop may be prepaid, collected on delivery for eligible simple orders, or funded by a merchant. Confirm the payment arrangement before dispatch.
Buy & Bring
For Buy & Bring, item value and the service fee are paid before purchase. If the shop total is unknown, agree on an estimate and any buffer first. The final bill is shared, and any excess is refunded or a small difference collected.
If plans change
Before rider assignment: ₹0. After assignment, before pickup or purchase starts: ₹20. Merchant cancellation costs may apply to prepared orders. Purchased goods generally remain payable unless returnable. No customer cancellation charge when Bringyt cancels.
