Requests and confirmation
Submitting a request or opening WhatsApp does not confirm a booking. Bringyt must confirm service availability, timing, scope and the final charges with you before dispatch, purchase or work begins.
Prices and purchases
The visit covers inspection and basic troubleshooting only. Materials, spare parts and substantial labour are quoted separately before work begins. For Buy & Bring, item value and the service fee are paid before purchase. If the shop total is unknown, agree on an estimate and any buffer first. The final bill is shared, and any excess is refunded or a small difference collected.
Coverage and exceptional requests
Pilot prices for Ulundurpettai, Mangalampettai and nearby areas. Availability and the final quote are confirmed on WhatsApp. Late-night trips, heavy items, difficult access, very large orders and long-distance village deliveries may require a custom quote. No automatic surge pricing during the pilot.
Medicine requests
Medicine availability and prescription requirements must be checked by the pharmacy before purchase. A website request does not authorize automatic medicine substitutions.
