What can I book through Bringyt?+
You can request an electrician, plumber, AC service, appliance repair, painting, CCTV, carpentry or water purifier service. Delivery options include Buy & Bring, grocery, food pickup, medicine and parcels.
Where is Bringyt available?+
Our initial service areas are Ulundurpettai and Mangalampettai. If you live nearby, share your area so availability can be checked before you make plans.
How much will my service cost?+
Home services have a ₹149 inspection charge, deducted from the final bill. Parts are extra. Any labour and other applicable charges are confirmed before work. Delivery pricing is confirmed using your pickup and drop-off addresses.
Is my request a confirmed booking?+
No. Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. Availability, timing and charges need to be agreed before a booking or purchase is confirmed.
What can I request with Buy & Bring?+
Ask about groceries, household essentials or a local shop pickup. Share your list, preferred shop and delivery area. Item availability and delivery charges need to be confirmed first.
When do I pay for Buy & Bring?+
For Buy & Bring, item value and the service fee are paid before purchase. If the shop total is unknown, agree on an estimate and any buffer first. The final bill is shared, and any excess is refunded or a small difference collected.
What if I need to cancel?+
Before rider assignment: ₹0. After assignment, before pickup or purchase starts: ₹20. Merchant cancellation costs may apply to prepared orders. Purchased goods generally remain payable unless returnable. No customer cancellation charge when Bringyt cancels.
Are there waiting or extra-stop charges?+
Additional shops cost ₹25 each, plus any change in route distance. The first 10 minutes are free, then ₹10 per additional 5 minutes. Waiting charges may be waived for delays caused by Bringyt or an established partner merchant.
